Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 7AM–3PM EST). Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.
Shipping Protection (Heat Disclaimer)
Due to the nature of our products (such as whipped body butters), items may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
We include thermal wrap and ice packs when necessary; however, melting is still possible and is not considered a defect.
Products are sold by volume, not appearance, and can be restored by placing them in a cool environment or refrigerating.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Reach out to us so we can assist with filing a claim
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
