How to Place a Wholesale Order

All wholesale orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly at info@jerseybotanical.com.

When reaching out, please include your desired fragrances, sizes or quantities, and intended use such as body, candles, or diffusers.

Our team will review your request and provide availability, pricing, and lead times.

All Sales Final

All wholesale orders are considered custom production orders and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on wholesale purchases.

Custom Production

Wholesale orders are produced, filled, and prepared specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of these custom batches, items cannot be restocked or resold.

Scent & Performance Disclaimer

Fragrance performance can vary depending on application such as candles, body, or diffusers, as well as usage rate, base materials like wax or oils, and individual preference.

We do not guarantee scent throw or performance across all applications.

Sampling Recommended

We strongly recommend purchasing samples or smaller quantities prior to placing large wholesale orders. By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and accept the product as-is.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Certain fragrances and formulations require minimum production quantities. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be adjusted, partially fulfilled, or refunded for unavailable items.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, Jersey Botanical is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage, though we will assist in the claims process when applicable.

Returns (If Approved)

In rare cases where a return is approved, items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds are issued after inspection.
